You may opt out of non-essential communications (such as event announcements) at any time by contacting the academy. Please note that transactional messages (such as verification codes) cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active account.

MI Square Dance Academy does NOT process payments through this application.

All payments are handled externally through third-party services, including:

• Zelle
• ACH bank transfers
• PayPal
• Venmo

We do not store any financial information, credit card numbers, or banking details. Payment records within the app are maintained for tracking and recordkeeping purposes only.

We take the security of your personal information seriously:

• All passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
• We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.
• We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law.

• We collect parent/guardian contact information to ensure proper communication and oversight.
• Parents or guardians may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their child's personal data at any time by contacting the academy.
